Soldier killed by sniper in Fallujah

ANBAR/ Aswat al-Iraq: Police sources said here today that one soldier was killed by unknown sniper mid of Fallujah city.

The source told Aswat al-Iraq that the sniper shot a soldier at a check point.

Precautionary measures were taken to search for the sniper, but no other details were given.

Fallujah, 60 km west of Ramadi, center of Anbar province, which is situated 110 km west of the capital, Baghdad.
