Qaeda financing circles to regain terrorist actions

ANBAR/ Aswat al-Iraq: Chairman of Anbar Provincial Council stated today that Qaeda organization is "still financing internal and external circles in a move to regain it is armed activities against Iraqi forces and civilians and destroying governmental establishments".

Jassim al-Halbousi told Aswat al-Iraq that "Qaeda organization is working in darkness and looking for a secured haven for its terrorist operations".

He did not elaborate on the "internal and external circles" that supports Qaeda organization and reasons for targeting the people and security forces.
