KIRKUK / Aswat al-Iraq: Police sources announced today that two soldiers were hit by bomb blast in Dibis area, west of the province.

 

The source told Aswat al-Iraq that the explosion took place 40 km west of Kirkuk, targeting a military patrol.

 

On the other hand, two explosions took place in Haweeja area, 65 km south west Kirkuk, targeting an Iraqi military force, but no casualties were reported.

 

Kirkuk, the center of the province, lies 280 km northeast of the capital, Baghdad.
