“A group of armed men, belonging to al-Qaeda organization, have launched an attack on Saturday on a house of al-Sahwa element, Ammar Samir, in Albu-Fayath village in Buhriz township, 5 km to the south of Baaquba, killing his mother and kidnapping his child sister,” Khalid al-Luheiby told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

He said the armed men had planted a time-bomb close to the attacked house, that blew off against a police patrol, wounding a police officer and a policeman,” whilst a security force detained a suspected element in Saddam District, after the incident.
