DIALA/ Aswat al-Iraq: Security sources said here today that one civilian was killed and nine wounded in a bombed car explosion near the quarters of the Kurdish Union Party in Jalawla' area, east of Baqouba city.

Jalawla' area is inhabited by Arabs and Kurds, where the Kurds want to annex it to the Kurdish region.
