BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: A new batch of policewomen have graduated in Salah al-Din after receiving lessons in the law, police sciences and human rights, the interior ministry reported on Friday.

"The new batch will strengthen forces in Salah al-Din and will be deployed in various parts of the province," Colonel Saad Maan Ibrahim, official spokesperson of the ministry, said.

"Policemen arrested a wanted man in accordance with Article VI Terrorism Law in Yathreb district, southern Tikrit.
They also managed to arrest two more wanted men in al-Ishaqi district, while they found a stockpile of weapons in northern Tikrit, which contains 83 cannonballs and different missiles," he added.
