ANBAR / Aswat al-Iraq: Croatian ambassador in Baghdad arrived in Anbar to discuss investments prospects in the province, deputy governor said on Tuesday.

 

 

"Ambassador Jerko Vukas arrived today in Anbar leading a high-profile delegation from representatives of Croatian companies to discuss prospects of investments and new opportunities in industrial and agricultural fields," Saadon Ubeid al-Shaalan told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

 

 

"The diplomat briefed on the investments law and Anbar's support to investment companies working in the province," he added.

 

 

Ramadi, the capital of Anbar, is 110 km west of Baghdad.
