ARBIL / Aswat al-Iraq: Kurdish Premier Njirvan Barzani discussed with the Iranian President Ahmadinajad a number of common issues, including borders between the two sides.

 

 

A source in the Kurdish government told Aswat al-Iraq that the two sides discussed pending issues, where the Iranian President "promised to solve them soon".

 

 

Both sides discussed bilateral relations and those occurring in the region.

 

 

Barzani arrived in Teheran last Saturday in an official visit, where several meetings were held with the Iranian side to tackle economic and political issues.
