Iraqi government bears responsibility for security violations, Kirkuk Governor

 KIRKUK/ Aswat al-Iraq: Kirkuk Governor charged the central government with the responsibility of security violations occurring in the province, particularly Premier Nouri al-Maliki.

Governor Najm al-Din Karim told Aswat al-Iraq that the tensions were made due to the establishment of Dijla Operations Command.

He added that the province lacks the forces to protect government institutions, pointing that the province has 1700 cops, while Salahal-Din province has 12000 members.
