BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Minister of Higher Education Ali al-Adeeb opened in Dubai an international conference on education and technology in Iraq.
The aim of the two-day conference is to encourage foreign investments in higher education fields.
He called, in his speech, the companies to implement major projects in Iraqi universities and educational organs.
