BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The Iraqi parliament’s First Deputy Speaker Qusay Abdulwahab al-Suhail underlined on Wednesday on the importance of boosting joint cooperation between Iraq and Kuwait in various domains.

 

This came during a meeting between al-Suhail and the visiting Kuwaiti media delegation, according to a statement from al-Suhail’s office.

 

“The Iraqi Parliament respects Kuwait and Kuwaitis and Iraq had sent the biggest parliamentary delegation to visit Kuwait and strengthen relations, which reflects its keenness to have best relations with Kuwait ,” the statement quoted a-Suhail as saying.

 

The delegation consists of representatives of 14 Kuwaiti media institutions and newspapers.
