BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Free Iraqiya bloc MP Alia Nsaif described the agreement endorsed by the Iraqi government with Kuwait to organize navigation in Khor Abdulla as "illegal" because it did not pass through the Parliament.
In a press statement, she added that the Parliament may reject it "because it is an official recognition of Greater Mubarak Terminal".
She concluded that the Kuwaiti terminal will negatively affect Iraq, so such agreement is illegal.
