BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Eight persons were wounded in two explosions in northern Baghdad on Thursday, a security source said.

 

"Two bombs went off near meat stores in al-Taji region, northern Baghdad, wounding eight persons," the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

 

"Security forces sealed off the whole region and carried the wounded to nearby hospitals for treatment," he added.
