Defence ministry investigation opened in Fallujah firing

 BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Ministry of Defence sources disclosed today compensations shall be paid to the civilians who were hurt in the firing of the armed forces.

The source told Aswat al-Iraq that the ministry opened an investigation shall be made and to put to account the responsible.

 

Tension occurred between the demonstrators and the military forces in the sit-in square that turned into clashes with stones before the reply of the forces with the firing. 

According to the source, the toll of the clashes reached to 9 killings and 60 wounded.
