BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Deputy Prime Minister for services affairs Saleh al-Mutlaq discussed on Thursday with Deputy Prime Minister for energy affairs Huseein al-Sharestani the latest political developments in the country and ways to end the current crisis.

 

"The meeting dwelt with the current political standoff and ways to tackle the political crisis in the country," said a ministerial statement received by Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

 

"They also discussed the protests file in Anbar and other provinces," it added.
