62 arrested, some for terrorism charges in Diwaniya

DIWANIYA/ Aswat al=Iraq: Police sources here said that 62 were arrested for different crimes, including terrorism charges.

The arrested were captured by raids in west of the province.

The source told Aswat al-Iraq that the operations continued from early morning till late at night, 30 km west of Diwaniya city.

Diwaniya, center of the province, lies 180 km south of the capital, Baghdad.
