3 arrested with terrorism charges in Karbala

KARBALA/ Aswat al-Iraq: Three persons were arrested with "terrorism" charges, in addition to two members of a burglar's gang in the province.

Police media sources told Aswat al-Iraq that one of the arrested people was captured while attempting to enter the city.

A theft gang was also arrested, but no other details were given.

Karbala, center of the province, lies 108 km south west of the capital.
